Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments. If less than 48 hours is given, a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may be charged to the credit card on file. Failing to show up for an appointment is considered a “no-show” and will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service.
